Method
We work together on the basis of systemic solution-oriented counseling as developed by Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg. The systemic view ensures that the solution is tailored to your situation. Solution orientation includes a focus on the resources that each individual brings to the table without already being aware of them.

Duration and Costs
Experience shows that the first positive results can be achieved after only a few sessions. The initial consultation is non-binding, costs 160 CHF and lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Further sessions cost 160 CHF/h. I ask you to cancel sessions that you can't come to at least 24h in advance. If not, you will be charged an hourly rate.
